Do you deliver to consumers as well as businesses?
Both, on the same network. B2C moves in booked windows with recipient messaging; B2B runs on fixed routes with site-specific instructions.
What proof of delivery do you capture?
Signature by default, photo where a signature is impractical, and a one-time code for high-value or age-restricted goods. All three land on the shipment record instantly.
Can you handle installations?
Two-person teams deliver to the room of choice, assemble where the product allows, and take the packaging away.
What happens if nobody is home?
The driver follows your rule: leave with a neighbour, leave in a safe place with a photo, or re-book. The recipient chooses a new window from the tracking page.
